Josselyn was very attentive to what we were trying to do.
She either answered her phone or called back within two hours, if a message was left. She even called us later in the evening, if need be. Josselyn was wonderfully helpful.
We were all over the board with what, when, where, etc. She remained patient with us through all of our indecisions. We put in several offers over the course of 6 months. The house we finally got was the perfect house. I was willing to go several thousand dollars higher to ensure we go it, but Josselyn worked in our favor and guided us to hold at our offer (still above asking) based on conversations she had with the seller's agent.
